The different structure departments of the socialist socio-economic model were reformed to an extent to be shred of the respect of the public which had been built on the fear of the common person for a person who had a police department job and was only secretly reprimanded for offences and vulgarity.
The best among the staff of those departments, trained on international norms and as to the specifics of the location and the population, were given the task to keep the levels already constructed while taking the country through a sequence of stages of adaptation and matching to the already constructed by the capitalist socio-economic model.
During this period of transition, the trainees of the past were to lead the show of a policy, then retreat to lead the show of the opposition balancing that same and continued policy.
Thus there would be a new socio-economic evolution achieved on the collective achievement of the socialist political model, which had, in parity with the capitalist model, created two economic pillars.
The socialist model had retained overall state control waving in the winds as a flag, and had sunk into the poorly developed country’s economy through an army of organized structure and party functionaries.
The economic boom and development, created by the capitalist model, had almost reached the state-control umbrella covering a country, and had integrated its economic units in it, to be able to grow up and create the next evolution levels while leaving its own location far below and downstairs.
The vote of non-confidence, a subsequent vote that was to create an opposition between the MP’s to achieve a double block formation of a left wing and a right wing, was to be discussed, paid no attention, and forgotten. But the economic and social results ensuing were to be taken and suffered through.
There had been decisions of all kinds that had had their impact on the population, and one would wonder if it was not the population that was in the limelight to develop and reveal its natural specifics and to give up the attributes of material power that had been stolen from a small percentage to be distributed among a majority in a virtual form.
There had been political decisions coming ready to those who were in the position to enforce them, there were decisions made up by those who had somehow hidden their intellectual potential and had kept their information sources, there were decisions left for guessing at and inventing, like inventing the hot water, which were punished if incorrect or irrelevant to a policy the decision-makers knew little about or were incapable of grasping in whole.
The vote of non-confidence, which would not pass because nobody knew where the next decisions would come from to be implemented, was thrown at such a failure to guess at which decision was the correct one in the context of how high the country was to be hitched in one sector or another.
The decisions made had proven wrong, and a fund had been locked for the country, which did not mean that the country’s budget could not finance the projects that were to temporarily remain the property of the location, hence of those who had managed to get their interests integrated in it.
It is really difficult to guess at what there is around if one is looking from down a pit, and even more difficult to calculate whether the pit one is in, is not the basement of a splendid building, also whether it will not be the saloon, the kitchen, the toilets, the bedroom, the corridor, or the balcony, of a larger building or ship of temporary dislocation and permanent stability.
In short, the funds denied by the high levels to which the country paid its membership share, could be provided by the state budget only for those projects that could be used by the high levels, and not for those projects that would enrich location businesses in the production and export of goods.
The Parliament was in its summer prime, before the official summer adjourn and during the summer holidays of many sun-tanned politicians. The hall was full of well-fed and well-bred people, and only a natural calamity or a well-calculated instigation could make everybody vote for a cabinet downfall. Otherwise, the MPs were forming the left and right blocks of an administration opposition, like everywhere in the global world, and were preparing to construct of one side and criticize on the other until each next evolution level was pillared on its political left, political right, at the facade for public transparency of the lace curtain type, and at the back by the interests of the relevant businesses involved.
A pyramid of no fixed base because it is enlarging, no fixed height because its levels are increasing in number, and no top to put a full stop and complete it, which may come to prove that the pyramids of the past were not created from the bottom to the top, but from one block to as broad a base as the ruler lived.
