Information transparency has become so lucid that the people answering concrete questions at press conferences seem more stable, serious, or attractive, than aware of what is going on.
They seem to be developing new variants of proper to individual appearance intelligence, and are doing it before a changing audience of journalism that is humming up the ladder their big issue questions.

One can learn from the answers and develop a skill which, if summed up, appears like this: a ‘when’ question is answered with ‘We are in constant touch’, a ‘why’ question is answered with ‘we are not liable to interfere with decisions made by autonomous institutions’, a ‘how’ question gets ‘we will be making a decision about it tomorrow’, a ‘where’ question gets ‘we are exchanging emails to get to a solution’, a ‘which’ question gets ‘yesterday we discussed that in detail’, a ‘what’ question is answered with ‘this is something I have to get more information about’, a ‘how much’ question gets ‘our specialists are engaged with the problem’, a ‘how many’ question gets ‘we have received an answer to our letter and are preparing an answer’, and so on.

In line with modernity, one can answer one’s own questions, but this is a double skill and will take one some time to learn to be able to formulate questions and answers inoffensively and safely to one’s own survival, and to come up with ready answers that shut up the clever heads and support the general balance.

One can learn to imitate the questions and develop a skill which, if summed up, appears like this: if one wants to get the answer ‘We are in constant touch’, one must ask ‘When do you expect the commission to be informed about the measures taken for the conservation of the natural deposits?’, if one wants to get an answer like ‘we are not liable to interfere with decisions made by autonomous governments’, one must ask ‘Why are you not able to control the amount of pollution the industries are guilty for?’, the answer ‘We will be making a decision about it tomorrow’ must be expected after the question ‘How do you plan to control the emission of car fumes in city environments’, to get ‘We are exchanging emails to get to a solution’ one must ask ‘Where do you plan to start immediate measures?’, to get ‘Yesterday we discussed that in detail’ one must ask ‘Which issue is of major importance and how much attention is being paid to it?’, to get ‘This is something I have to get more information about’ one must ask ‘What are the results from the research made about the efficiency of the latest policies in the fields of controlling global warming?’,
an answer like ‘Our specialists are engaged with the problem’, asks for a question like ‘How much attention is being paid to the principle factors of welfare development worldwide’, to get ‘We have received an answer to our letter and are preparing an answer’ one must ask ‘How many steps have been taken in the direction of betterment of the condition of the countries suffering famine?, and so on.
